Nozzle Clog
Blocked hotend or partial extrusion.
A clogged nozzle causes under-extrusion, filament grinding, or a complete stoppage. It can be a cold jam, heat creep, or carbonised material buildup. One of the most common faults we see — usually resolved in the same session.

Print shifts mid-job, layers misalign.
Layer shifting causes printed layers to offset from each other, ruining dimensional accuracy. Often a sign of belt tension issues, stepper motor problems, or resonance calibration being off.

Under-extrusion produces prints with visible gaps between lines, weak layer bonding, or inconsistent surface finish. Commonly caused by drive gear wear, partial clogs, or extruder motor issues.

First-layer adhesion failure is one of the most frustrating problems — and one of the most fixable. Usually a bed levelling issue, surface contamination, or temperature profile problem.

Clicking or skipping in the extruder means the motor is losing grip on the filament. Often a symptom of a downstream problem — partial clog or too-low temperature — rather than the extruder itself.

Stringing leaves unwanted filament threads between parts of a print. Usually a combination of retraction settings, print temperature, and travel moves. A calibration issue rather than a hardware fault.

Service & Pricing
Triage Service: $165 per printer (diagnostics + first-hour repairs included). Additional repairs are quoted based on parts & labour.
A fixed-price diagnostic & first-hour repair session. We inspect the printer, diagnose all issues, and attempt a repair within the first hour. If the issue is fixed in that time, there's no extra charge.
If the issue requires more work or parts, we'll provide a clear repair quote before proceeding. No hidden costs — just transparent, upfront pricing.
Yes. If replacement parts are needed, we'll provide a clear cost breakdown before proceeding.
You can provide your own parts, but we cannot offer a repair guarantee if non-OEM parts are used.

Warranty is void if critical repairs are declined, non-OEM parts are used, or if the printer is modified post-repair.
