Interaction logs linked to a specific printer, asset identifier, or serial number.

By submitting files, you warrant that you hold the necessary IP rights. We accept no liability for IP infringement or for files containing malicious code.
(h) Cookies & Tracking Technologies Like most websites, we use "cookies" (small data files stored on your device) and similar tracking technologies (web beacons, pixels) to:

We reserve the right to photograph and publish images or videos of your completed prints, repairs, or custom projects on our website, social media channels, and internal training materials. This applies unless you explicitly opt-out in writing within 7 days of placing your order.

We are not required to provide access to information where doing so would unreasonably impact the privacy of others, compromise security systems, or reveal confidential internal methodologies, in accordance with APP 12.

Warning: Warranty Implications If you request deletion of your service history, printer logs, or transaction data while holding an active Extended Warranty, you acknowledge that this may void your warranty as we will no longer be able to verify your maintenance history or proof of purchase.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Encryption: Our store is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Payments: Credit card transactions are processed by third-party gateways (Stripe) which adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We do not store your raw credit card numbers on our servers.
