Repair Guarantee - Every repair includes a quality guarantee to ensure consistent results.

For Field Repairs – If we can’t fix it on-site, we’ll take it in at no extra cost and notify you when it’s ready for pickup or return shipping.

How much does a repair cost?
Triage Service: $165 per printer (diagnostics + first-hour repairs included). Additional repairs are quoted based on parts & labour.
What is the Triage Service?
A fixed-price diagnostic & first-hour repair session. We inspect the printer, diagnose all issues, and attempt a repair within the first hour. If the issue is fixed in that time, there’s no extra charge.
What happens if my printer isn’t fixed in the first hour?
If the issue requires more work or parts, we’ll provide a clear repair quote before proceeding. No hidden costs—just transparent, upfront pricing.
Do you charge extra for parts?
Yes. If replacement parts are needed, we’ll provide a clear cost breakdown before proceeding.
Can I provide my own parts for the repair?
You can provide your own parts, but we cannot offer a repair guarantee if non-OEM parts are used.
Do you offer emergency/same-day repairs?
Yes, we offer priority bookings for urgent repairs (business-critical machines). Extra fees apply. Call us after submitting the repair form to confirm availability.
Do you offer fleet maintenance for businesses/schools?
Yes! We provide scheduled maintenance contracts for businesses, schools, and universities. Contact us for a custom quote.
How long does a repair take?
Many repairs are completed within the first session. If additional work is required, most repairs are completed within 1-3 business days.
What if my printer needs multiple repairs?
We always check for underlying issues and provide a full breakdown of recommended repairs.
Do you return printers in working condition?
Yes. We fully test all repairs and guarantee print reliability.
Can I just pay for a specific repair without diagnostics?
No. All repairs start with the Triage Service to ensure a full assessment of your printer’s condition.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Repairs come with a service guarantee (contingent on the printer being repaired to stock condition using OEM parts).
What voids the repair warranty?
Warranty is void if critical repairs are declined, non-OEM parts are used, or if the printer is modified post-repair.
How do I send my printer for a mail-in repair?
Pack your printer securely, insure it, and provide a tracking number. We’ll handle the return shipping once repaired.
Who covers the cost of shipping?
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our service centre.
Can I drop off my printer in person?
Yes! Drop-off repairs are free. Just book an appointment first.
Do you offer routine maintenance for working printers?
Yes! Our Minor Service includes a 14-point calibration & tune-up to keep your printer running like new.
Do you offer upgrades or modifications?
We can assist with upgrades on a case-by-case basis. However, we primarily focus on restoring printers to factory condition.
Can you build or assemble a 3D printer for me?
Yes, we offer printer assembly & calibration services.
