Service / On-Demand 3D Printing
Professional FDM printing in 10 materials — from rapid prototypes and architectural models to production runs and large-format builds. Upload your file, get an instant quote. Sydney Print Lab, delivered Australia-wide.
Applications
From architectural scale models to functional mechanical components — click any category to see how we can help.
We produce professional architectural scale models for architects, developers, and design studios across Sydney. From 1:200 council submission models to detailed presentation maquettes, our FDM process delivers clean geometry at competitive turnaround. We work with architecture firms regularly and understand the precision and finish required for DA submissions and client sign-off.
Rapid prototyping for product designers, engineers, and startups. Test form, fit, and function before committing to tooling. We print functional prototypes in engineering-grade materials — from early concept models in PLA to strength-tested parts in PA-CF. Same-day and next-day turnaround available for time-critical design sprints.
We produce 3D printed patterns and moulds for investment casting, concrete forming, and glass casting. For concrete moulds, we print in HIPS and dissolve with limonene to leave complex internal geometries — a technique we refined for gallery and public art commissions. For metal and glass casting patterns, see our end-to-end Fabrication service.
Large-format 3D printed elements for retail window displays, gallery exhibitions, and branded installations. FDM build volumes up to 1m³ per piece, with LFAM capability up to 2,500 × 2,500 × 2,500mm for truly large-scale work.
Engineering-grade functional components for real-world applications. We print housings, enclosures, brackets, jigs, fixtures, and mechanical assemblies. Material selection is critical — PA-CF for structural load, TPU for vibration dampening, ASA for UV and weather resistance.
We print for architecture students, industrial design students, engineering undergrads, and postgrad researchers across Sydney universities. No minimum order — single parts are welcome. Upload your file, choose PLA for economy, and have your model ready within days. We understand academic deadlines and offer express turnaround when you need it.
Short-run production without the cost or lead time of injection moulding tooling. We produce consistent, repeatable parts in batches — from 10 to 500+ units. Ideal for product launches, market testing, custom hardware, and specialty components where mould tooling does not make economic sense.
Custom replacement parts, adapters, mounts, and brackets when OEM parts are unavailable, discontinued, or too expensive. If you have the 3D file, upload it directly. If not, we offer CAD design and 3D scanning services to recreate the part digitally before printing.

Turnaround
Choose the speed that fits your project. All urgency levels use the same printers, the same materials, and the same quality checks.
Parts printed in STANDARD PRINT CO. PLA, rPLA, PETG, or rPETG that are unpainted and uncontaminated can be returned to us for free recycling. We are the only 3D printing service in Australia offering a closed-loop recycling program — your prints do not end up in landfill, they become new filament. Our rPLA and rPETG materials are made from 90% recycled content, closing the loop on 3D printing waste.
3D printing is often one step in a larger fabrication process. We offer end-to-end production — from CAD design and 3D scanning through to printing, casting in solid bronze or glass, and finishing. If you need a prototype turned into a production part, a scan converted to a mould, or a design cast in metal — we handle the full chain.
