ASA

1.75mm ASA Filament

ASA is an extremely durable 3D printer material that features all the toughness and impact resistance of ABS, with the added benefits of heat, chemical and UV resistance. It’s little wonder that ASA is the material of choice for interior components in the automotive industry where high temperatures and prolonged UV exposure to the harsh Australian sun are required.

PETG

1.75mm & 2.85mm PETG Filament

PETG combines the best printing qualities of ABS and PLA. It boasts the functionality of  ABS while retaining the printability of PLA. This makes the filament great for mechanical applications due to its amazing layer adhesion, low warping and high impact-resistance. As an added bonus, PETG is both chemically resistant to salts, acids, alkalis, solvents, greases, oils and can be sterilised.

PETG Carbon Fibre

1.75mm PETG Carbon Fibre Filament

PETGCF combines the already impressive durability and chemical resistance of PETG with the reinforcement of 20% chopped carbon fiber strands. By incorporating carbon fibre, the resulting material is lighter than PETG, while also increasing stiffness and reducing warping during printing. PETGCF is ideal for lightweight and chemically resistant functional components. Hardened nozzles and extruders are essential.

PLA+

1.75mm PLA+ Filament

PLA+ is a custom formulated blend of PLA which results in a tough material with durability similar to ABS. Sharing many of the printing properties of PLA, it’s ideal for the printing larger functional parts without the fear of warping. This makes our PLA+ the perfect choice for when you are after a accurate, durable parts that print as easily as with regular PLA.

HIPS

1.75mm & 2.85mm HIPS Filament

High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) is a co-polymer blend of butadiene to polystyrene. HIPS’s low density and high impact strength makes it perfect for applications where total weight has to be kept low - without compromising on durability. HIPS is dissolvable in limonene to boot, making it one of the best sacrificial support materials for FDM 3D printing.

TPR

TPR65A is a flexible 3D printing material with a shore hardness of 65A and is ideal for printing parts that need to be able to flex and bend without breaking.  Chemically resistant to greases, light acids, and alkalis, our TPR is designed to perform in dirty or chemically demanding conditions without degrading. To top it off, our blend of TPR has outstanding UV and temperature resistance. Able to maintain its integrity in temperatures as low as -40 °C, it’s perfect for models that need to reliably handle extremely cold environments without breaking.
